We’re extremely excited to announce that Rasa has been recognized by Gartner in its first ever 2022 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Conversational AI.
Before we explore what this means for Rasa, it’s important to understand the significance of a Magic Quadrant report. A majority of IT decision makers use analyst information as a critical resource when evaluating vendors, especially in today’s automated landscape where platforms for creating AI assistants are abundant. And at Rasa, we believe that Gartner is one of the most influential analyst groups out there.
This is Gartner’s first Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Conversational AI Platforms, and Rasa has been recognized as a Niche Player. According to Gartner, “The enterprise conversational AI platform market focuses on the needs of larger enterprises by targeting multiple use cases, modalities of conversation (i.e. speech, chat, text messaging and email) and the ability to operationalize within the enterprise.” (1)
Here at Rasa, we couldn’t agree more with that sentiment. For us, customer experience is a key differentiator in the success of organizations as they accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. Our ambition is to make it easy for organizations of every size and complexity to build superior AI assistants.
In today’s automated landscape, there is no shortage of options for enterprises seeking a platform to create AI assistants, and Gartner research methodology confirms this. “Gartner looked at over 250 vendors in the conversational AI space and invited over 100 of those vendors to the prequalification survey. This prequalification survey was completed by over 75 vendors and helped form the inclusion criteria.”(1) They continue describing their process by saying “Gartner analysts involved in this research conducted more than 3,000 inquiries about the chatbot market over the last two years.”(1)
Rasa’s recognition spans the globe, and our platform allows companies to lower costs through support automation and build next-level customer experiences, improving customer satisfaction, and providing a scalable way to capture customer intelligence. Our focus on excellent customer experience has been tested and supported over the years to lead us to where we are today: a stand-out in the conversational AI industry.
While we gear up for 2022 with new product launches and events, our main focus remains steadfast. Rasa will continue enabling our customers to support theirs through quality, on-demand service via our conversational AI enterprise platform.
