Rasa Recognized in the CMP Prism for Chatbot/Virtual Agent and Voicebot/Conversational IVR

We're pleased to share that Rasa has been assessed and categorized in two of CMP's latest technology evaluations: an Up & Coming provider in the CMP Prism for Chatbot/Virtual Agent, and a Core Performing provider in the CMP Prism for Voicebot/Conversational IVR.

The CMP Prism is an independent, analyst-led evaluation framework that benchmarks customer contact technology against industry standards. Prisms are refreshed twice a year to reflect the latest advancements, provider performance, and shifts in the market. Each evaluation draws on a comprehensive methodology that combines analyst input, practitioner feedback, and real-world marketplace data across ten investment criteria, before sorting providers into five tiers: pioneering, leading, core performing, up & coming, and emerging.

For the Chatbot/Virtual Agent Prism, CMP evaluated 20 solution providers. For Voicebot/Conversational IVR, it evaluated 27. Being categorized in both reflects Rasa's commitment to delivering innovative, adaptable solutions that help CX and customer contact leaders improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
